The Fists of Mystery and Truth “Kungfu School” takes you through a deep dive of each aspect of our martial art. There is a standard progression through the program, and some some courses have prerequisites. If you train consistently and examine the principles closely then you can master it.
It’s not just about postures, movements, and imitation. Classes are designed to help you gain insight and to integrate the material well, before moving on to the next thing.
